NexLevel Challenge Post Secondary Retreats provide young people from all backgrounds a profoundly enlightening and empowering experience.

Set at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch, just west of Bowden, AB, amid 320 acres of unspoiled wilderness, we can create a custom designed program to meet all your training objectives.

From a half-day mini-retreat to a full three-day experience, your group will discover what they are capable of. They will learn to strive for the best in themselves and their peers. The action packed itinerary creates a unique opportunity for each individual to better understand who they are, to appreciate their own value and to recognize their ability to build a better future for themselves and those around them.

The Challenge Ropes Course: a one to three day experiential program, customized for each group, featuring our comprehensive high ropes and low ropes courses and the 400 ft twin zip line.

Horsemanship: a comprehensive program including the handling and riding of the ranch horses, as well as animal care.

Evening Activities: will be unique, enlightening, powerful and inspiring and will include such things as the Drum Circle, which energizes your body, clears your mind and lifts your spirit. These evening events provide a profound experience of cooperation and connection, designed to promote curiosity, compassion and concern, and include team building activities, leadership videos, cowboy poetry, wagon rides, campfire, movie night and sharing.

Individually these programs and activities are powerful and life-affirming. Together they create an experience which teaches a multitude of invaluable life lessons:
