We achieve this through customized team development programs at our Challenge Course facility, located in a beautiful wilderness setting only 45 minutes north of Calgary. We provide students a unique opportunity to better understand who they are, appreciate their own value and recognize their ability to build a better future for themselves and those around them.

Above all, participants come away with an understanding of how to accept responsibility for themselves and take ownership of their behavior; and the ability to transfer these learned skills to their everyday lives. These youth feel so much better about themselves they share their learning and experiences with all those around them from their families, to their peers, teachers and community.

Every young person takes away something unique, but the gift of self-awareness and empowerment is consistent for all – from leadership and high-performing youth, through to disadvantaged and at-risk youth.

We are located at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch about an hour north of Calgary, just west of Bowden, AB. and are a full service retreat center with rustic cabin accommodations, a restaurant and meeting facility.

Our facilities are fully accessible for guests with disabilities, and options can be provided for meaningful challenges consistent with the overall intent of the program.
